Municipal Enterprise “Social Enterprise for People with Disabilities - Plovdiv” was established in 2018 after the Municipality of Plovdiv won a project under Operational Program “Human Resources Development 2014-2020, priority axis 2“ Poverty reduction and promotion of social inclusion ”. 

The company employs a total of 30 people in ceramic and sewing workshops. The purpose of the social enterprise is not only to have a social impact on the lives of people with disabilities, but also through the development of different skills and competences to improve their integration into society, their way and quality of life, and to make their inclusion real, thanks to of mutual cooperation, support and confidence in their abilities.

Municipal Enterprise "Social Enterprise for People with Disabilities - Plovdiv" produces ceramics and textiles.

All our ceramic products are handmade and painted, and we can offer: Thematic souvenirs with the ability to add text; Advertising magnets; Magnets and souvenirs for coloring; Decorative ceramic tiles and panels.

Our textiles include: Canvas bags and bags for shopping and storage from nonwovens and cotton; Backpacks; Aprons; Holiday decorations; Bedroom sets.

Buying the products of our company, the buyers help to provide employment for 31 people with disabilities. The proceeds from the sale are reinvested in the Municipal Social Enterprise.
